Assets – 3 aircraft Airbus A-300 (Years of release of aircraft: 1981, 1984 and 1983)
The term of the lease – 5 years with the possibility of extension
Rents excluding downtime per year – 3,744,000 US dollars (rental agreements will be renewed for the next period, since the planes are approved by DHL for their transportation).

Aircraft timely pass all maintenance work. Airplanes are approved by DHL for the transportation of their goods. Aircraft maintenance costs, engine and chassis replacement are made by the Company and the tenant 50/50. On its own, the Company only pays for insurance.

The average annual profitability is about 15.8% per annum.
The average planned profitability for the years 2019-2021 – 22.4% per annum, excluding downtime for scheduled maintenance.

In accordance with the rental business model (given below), the majority of the Company’s expenses were incurred in the first 2 years of the lease, and the bulk of the profits accounted for the remaining 2–3 years. At the moment, most of the engines have already been replaced.

The reason for the sale is the entry of the owner of the business into another project and a change of residence.
